Should You Have a Service Request:

Please call the Lincoln Harris Response Center at (800) 933-4357.  The Location Code for 177 Meeting Street is 'HC-1444'.
 
Response Time:

All Engineering requests are given a priority code and responded to within that time period.  All maintenance requests are dispatched according to priority.  This can range from an immediate response for flooding, safety issues or power outages to a 24 hour response for less urgent matters, such as getting quotes from subcontractors.
 
Contractor and Vendor Identification:

All contractors and vendors in the building are required to register with building management in Suite 410 during normal business hours.  Contractors should contact building management at (843) 577-6006 forty-eight hours prior to beginning work within the building.
